The Latin Small Letter Turned H (ɥ) is a phonetic symbol representing a voiced labial-palatal approximant. It is essentially a voiced version of the ’rounded’ palatal sound. Technically, it is the lower-case counterpart to the uppercase Ɥ (U+A78D). It has been a part of the Unicode Standard since 1993.
