ℹ️ About
The Hebrew Accent Tipeha is a major disjunctive cantillation mark used in the Masoretic text of the Hebrew Bible. As a Nonspacing Mark with a combining class of Below, it is positioned beneath the base consonant to signal a melodic pause, typically preceding the Silluq or Etnahta.
⚠️ Note: Do not confuse with ֭ (Dehi) or ֽ (Meteg), which have similar vertical placement but different liturgical functions.
