ℹ️ About
The Hebrew Accent Pashta (U+0599) is a disjunctive cantillation mark used in Tiberian Hebrew vocalization. Technically, it is a Nonspacing Mark with a combining class of 230 (Above). In practice, it is often placed at the end of a word to denote a specific melodic phrase and syntactic pause.
⚠️ Note: Do not confuse with ֮ (Zinore) or ֘ (Zarqa). Pashta is specifically hooked and placed at the upper-left of the final letter.
