The Syriac Letter Taw is the 22nd and final letter of the Syriac alphabet. Technically classified as an “Other Letter” (Lo) with Arabic Letter (AL) bidirectional properties, it represents the ‘t’ sound. It is a fundamental component of the Syriac script, used in historical Christian texts and modern Neo-Aramaic dialects.
