The Devanagari Letter Ttha (ठ) is the aspirated version of the retroflex stop “Ta”. It is used extensively in languages like Hindi, Marathi, and Sanskrit. Anatomically, it is pronounced with the tongue curled back against the roof of the mouth with a distinct burst of air.
