The Mongolian Vowel Separator (MVS) is a non-printing format character used in traditional Mongolian script. Technically categorized as a “Boundary Neutral” format character, its primary function is to influence the shape of the preceding vowel and following consonant, ensuring correct cursive joining without inserting a visible space.
⚠️ Note: Do not confuse with (Space) or ᠍ (Variation Selector).
