ℹ️ About
The Solidus (/), or forward slash, is a ubiquitous punctuation mark in the Basic Latin block. It serves as a critical separator in file paths, URLs, and date formats, as well as a mathematical operator for division. Added in Unicode 1.1, it acts as a “Common Separator” in bidirectional text.
⚠️ Note: Do not confuse with \ (Reverse Solidus) or ∕ (Division Slash U+2215).
