The Cyrillic Capital Letter Gje (Ѓ) is a character primarily used in the Macedonian alphabet to represent the voiced palatal stop /ɟ/. Technically, it is a canonical decomposition of the Cyrillic letter Ge (Г) and the Acute Accent (U+0301). It was first standardized in Unicode version 1.1 in 1993.
⚠️ Note: Do not confuse with the Latin character Ǵ (U+01F4) or the similar-looking Cyrillic Ќ (Kje).
