The Devanagari Vowel Sign Ue is a Nonspacing Mark used in the Devanagari script for Kashmiri and other regional languages to represent specific vocalic nuances. As a combining character, it attaches to a base consonant without taking up horizontal space. It was introduced in Unicode 6.0.
⚠️ Note: Do not confuse with ु (U+0941) or standard vocalic signs.
