The Latin Small Letter H With Circumflex (ĥ) is the 9th letter of the Esperanto alphabet, representing the voiceless velar fricative /x/ (like the ‘ch’ in “Bach”). It is a lowercase letter added to the Unicode standard in version 1.1. Technically, it can be decomposed into a standard ‘h’ (U+0068) and a combining circumflex accent (U+0302).
