ℹ️ About

The Latin Capital Letter B With Stroke (Ƀ) is a linguistic character used primarily in the orthography of the Kouya language of Ivory Coast and in some phonetic transcriptions to represent a voiced bilabial fricative. Interestingly, while its formal uppercase is U+0243, its lowercase counterpart is technically ƀ (U+0180), which predates this capital version in the Unicode standard.

⚠️ Note: Do not confuse with B (Standard B) or ฿ (Thai Baht Currency Symbol).
