ℹ️ About

The Greek Letter Koppa (Ϟ) is an archaic letter of the Greek alphabet that originated from the Phoenician letter Qoph. While it disappeared from the standard literary alphabet, it remains in use as a numeral symbol for 90 in the Greek system. In modern typography, this “lightning-bolt” style is the standard for numerical use.

⚠️ Note: Do not confuse with ϟ (Lowercase Koppa, U+03DF) or the mathematical “lightning” symbols.
