The Cyrillic Capital Letter Fita (Ѳ) is a historical character derived from the Greek letter Theta (Θ). Primarily used in Old Church Slavonic and pre-1918 Russian orthography, it represents a voiceless dental fricative sound, though in Russian it was eventually pronounced as “f”.
