The Cyrillic Small Letter Lha (ԕ) is a lowercase character used in the Itelmen and Khanty languages. It represents a voiceless alveolar lateral fricative. Added in Unicode 5.1, it features a unique design derived from the Cyrillic ‘El’ with a characteristic loop, distinct from the standard ‘L’ variants.
