The Hebrew Accent Munah (U+05A3) is a nonspacing cantillation mark used in Tiberian Hebrew vocalization. It indicates a conjunctive accent used to join words together in the liturgical chanting of the Tanakh. Being a “Below” mark, it programmatically anchors to the bottom of the base character.
