ℹ️ About
The Arabic Comma (،) is the standard punctuation mark for Arabic, Persian, and Urdu scripts. Technically, it functions as a “Common Separator” (CS) in bidirectional text. Unlike the Western comma, it is oriented upwards and used to maintain the flow of Right-to-Left (RTL) typography. It has been part of the Unicode Standard since version 1.1.
⚠️ Note: Do not confuse with the standard Western comma , or the Arabic Semicolon ؛.
