The Gurmukhi Vowel Sign I (U+0A3F) is a critical combining character used in the Gurmukhi script (Punjabi). Though categorized as a Spacing Mark (Mc), it is unique because it is visually rendered to the left of the consonant it modifies, even though it is typed and stored after the consonant in the data stream.
