The New Tai Lue Letter Low Fa (ᦝ) is a phonetic character used in the New Tai Lue script, which was developed in the 1950s for the Tai Lue language of the Xishuangbanna region in China. It represents the voiceless labiodental fricative /f/ in the “low” tone class. Technically, it is classified as an ‘Other Letter’ and belongs to the Basic Multilingual Plane (BMP).
