ℹ️ About

The Inverted Question Mark (¿) is a punctuation mark used to begin interrogative sentences in Spanish, Asturian, and Galician. It alerts the reader that a question is starting, matching the standard question mark at the end. Introduced to the Spanish Academy in 1754, it remains a defining feature of Hispanic typography.

⚠️ Note: Do not confuse with the standard question mark ? or the inverted exclamation mark ¡.
