ℹ️ About

The Greek Capital Letter Yot (Ϳ) is an archaic letterform used primarily in the reconstruction of ancient Greek linguistics to represent the palatal glide /j/. While not used in modern Greek, its inclusion in Unicode 7.0 (2014) corrected a historical gap, allowing for the proper casing of its lowercase counterpart, ϳ (U+03F3).

⚠️ Note: Do not confuse with J (Latin Capital J U+004A).
