ℹ️ About
The Cyrillic Capital Letter Ie (Е) is a fundamental grapheme in Slavic orthography. While it looks identical to the Latin Capital Letter E, it is encoded differently (U+0415). In Russian, it can represent both the vowel /e/ and the iotated /je/. It serves as the base for several accented characters including Ё (U+0401) and Ӗ (U+04D6).
⚠️ Note: Do not confuse with the Latin character E (U+0045). They are homoglyphs but technically distinct.
