The Hebrew Point Holam is a non-spacing combining mark (CCC 19) used to indicate the “o” vowel. In modern typography, it is rendered as a dot above and slightly to the left of the base letter. It is a fundamental component of Hebrew niqqud.
⚠️ Note: Do not confuse with ֹֹ (Double Holam) or the dot in וֹ (Vav with Holam).
